We want you to know that the safety, health, and well-being for our patients and staff are our top priority. In the last few weeks, we have worked hard to make some changes so that your visit will be as safe as possible.
This is what you can expect at your visit:
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
All patients must complete a COVID-19 Health Wellness Form
Patients who are at high risk for spreading COVID-19 will be asked to reschedule
Doctor Appointments will be spaced apart
Optical Services will be provided also by appointment only
The waiting room will be closed
Your guests must remain outside the building
Your exam lane, all equipment and frames will be disinfected between patients
Staff working with you will wash their hands
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
Call our office @ 949.262.9393 and wait in your car until we are ready for you.
Everyone including you must wear face protection at all time
Non-contact temperature will be taken
Additional Sneeze guards are in place where possible
Hand sanitizer and sinks are readily available to sanitize your hands
Opticians will remove frames for you to avoid contamination
Disinfected pens are provided if you need to sign any paperwork
WHEN YOU LEAVE:
Used pens are disinfected
Exam lanes are scrubbed down before the next patient
Frames touched will be sent to disinfection
Optical tables, chairs, and equipment will be disinfected
All employees working with you will wash their hands
CURBSIDE PICK UP OR SHIP TO YOU:
We offer curbside pick up or shipping is available for your convenience
TELEHEALTH IS AVALIABLE:
In some cases, a virtual one-on-one office visit is possible. Our doctor uses video technology to care for you without you having to travel to our office. You may request such appointment by visiting Appointment Request.
